Affiliate Agreement Terms & Conditions

This Affiliate Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into in 2025 between 

Deepsea International ("DeepseaIn") 

 

and 

 

______________________("Candidate").

Purpose:
The Candidate wishes to apply for job opportunities through the DeepseaIn network and agrees to join as an affiliate to access these opportunities.

Registration and Fee:
The Candidate agrees to pay a one-time registration fee of €13.88, valid for three months, to access the DeepseaIn job portal and resources.

​

Affiliate Status:
Upon payment of the registration fee, the Candidate becomes an affiliate of DeepseaIn and agrees to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

​

Job Applications:
The Candidate can apply for job openings through the DeepseaIn portal, and DeepseaIn will provide support and guidance throughout the application process.

 

​Sponsorship:
Job openings offered through DeepseaIn may include sponsorship, which covers necessary visa and work permit fees. The Candidate must comply with sponsorship terms and conditions.

​

Confidentiality and Data Protection:
The Candidate agrees to maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection regulations when handling personal and job-related information.

​

 

Termination:
Either party can terminate this Agreement with written notice. Fees paid are non-refundable.

​

Governing Law:
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Candidate's country/region of residence.

​

Interview and Training Attendance:
As an affiliate, the Candidate must attend every interview, training session, or event listed or notified through the DeepseaIn platform. Failure to attend may complicate the application process, jeopardize job opportunities, or result in termination of affiliate status.

​

Consequences of Non-Attendance:
If the Candidate fails to attend any scheduled event without prior notice or valid reason, DeepseaIn reserves the right to remove the Candidate from the affiliate program, withdraw access to job listings and resources, and forfeit any fees paid.

​

Retainer Fee:
As an affiliate, the Candidate agrees to sign a retainer with DeepseaIn, which entitles DeepseaIn to a percentage of the Candidate's salary for each job placement secured through the platform. The retainer fee is 5% of the gross salary for the first contract and 2% for subsequent renewals.

 

​Retainer Fee Payment Terms:
The retainer fee will be paid to DeepseaIn within 30 days of salary payment.

​

Retainer Fee Duration:
The retainer fee agreement will remain in effect for the duration of the Candidate's contract and any subsequent renewals.

Sponsorship Opportunities:
Deepsea International is proud to offer sponsorship opportunities to affiliates who have registered for sponsorship. Our sponsorship programs are designed to support affiliates in achieving their career goals.

Types of Sponsorship

Deepsea International offers three forms of sponsorship:

• 100% Sponsorship: Deepsea International will cover all expenses related to job placement or school placement.

• 50/50 Sponsorship: Deepsea International will cover 50% of the expenses, and the affiliate will be responsible for covering the remaining 50%.

• Collateral-Based Sponsorship: Deepsea International will offer sponsorship based on collateral, which will vary depending on individual profile and region.

 

Repayment Terms:
The sponsorship provided by Deepsea International will be repaid by the affiliate once they have secured employment. The repayment terms will be outlined in the sponsorship agreement.

Additional Fees:
Please note that the sponsorship repayment will be in addition to the 5% return fee, which is applicable upon successful placement.

​

Unique Profiles:
Each affiliate will have a unique profile, and the fees and percentages may vary depending on the affiliate's choices.

​

Affiliate Responsibilities:
Affiliates who receive sponsorship from Deepsea International will be responsible for:

• Repaying the sponsorship amount according to the agreed-upon terms

• Paying the 5% return fee upon successful placement

• Meeting the requirements and obligations outlined in the sponsorship agreement

 

By signing below, the Candidate acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions, including the sponsorship agreement.
